The developed software solution executes the algorithm in the automatic mode with two points of verification by the responsible employee.

Development time: 3 weeks (from analysis and pre-project research to implementation)

The algorithm uses two parallel processes:

  • RPA - software robot,
  • Bitrix24.
The main tasks of the process that are being solved are the following:
  • accepting initial license applications from clients,
  • client recording,
  • requesting, receiving and processing more detailed data from clients,
  • document generating,
  • creation and support of the deal with each client (from creation to completion),
  • sending a license request to the Vendor,
  • receiving and processing a license response from the Vendor,
  • issuing licenses to clients,
  • monitoring and notifying the responsible employee of the expiration of contracts and documents.
