All stages of the implementation of Bitrix24 were held in parallel with the training of an employee, on the client side. Training and setting up the CRM was conducted online in the format of Skype conferences.
As a result of the work on the comprehensive implementation the client received a CRM, fully configured for the current tasks. Training of a staff member of the company allowed the client to get a specialist who understands the logic of operation and configuration of Bitrix24 CRM and is able to independently solve major problems that arise in the company during its operation.
