PROBLEM

One of our clients, a large industrial manufacturer, turned to us for help in organizing effective sales control of a dealer network. The main problem was to provide control over the transferred Leads, as well as information about lead generation directly at the dealer.

We suggested two possible solutions according to the developed and proposed architecture:

dealers and manufacturer work together on one portal

with user access rights differentiation system for BITRIX24 CRM entities

dealers work on separate bitrix24 portals

leads from manufacturer go to separate dealers' portals, sales data is consolidated on the Manufacturer's portal

After looking at a comparative table,  the Customer chose the second solution,  although it turned out to be somewhat more complicated and costly.

to solve the problem we had to:

Document the solution and its components.
Develop an app that allowed routing of a lead from the parent company to a dealer.
Develop an algorithm for routing leads depending on region and other parameters of the original request.
Develop an app that allowed synchronizing (essentially mirroring) of information of Leeds and Deals into the Manufacturer’s Portal.
Create custom reporting (tree mapping) that allowed the Customer to see the effectiveness of leads processing, conversion to deals, work on deals down to a dealer and a dealer's employee by period.

results of current phase

Now the management and marketing of the parent company has the analytics to work on attracting and selling with a breakdown to regions, a particular dealer or its employee.
Every new dealer portal is batch-configured, apps are installed, telephony is set up, and leads are brought in from the dealer's own sources.
The quality control department has access to information on compliance with the standards for leads processing.
All Manufacturer’s clients, including those attracted by the dealer, are stored in the CRM.

All portals for dealers are created from one place, all of the dealer sources are brought into Bitrix24 to control the processing of leads attracted by the dealer itself. The information about such leads is also mirrored to the head portal, and data about clients is accumulated.
