COLLECTING AND TRANSFERRING DATA TO BItrix24, AVOIDING THE ROUTINE. HOW?

case bitrix24

INFORMATION AS A RESOURCE

We work with information. We want to work efficiently, and to do that, the information has to be with us in Bitrix24. This is obvious. In any serious company, a lot of attention is paid to this and, as a consequence, there are costs, which can and should be significantly reduced.

WORKING WITH DATA ON WEB PORTALS

Let's take the following case study as an example: an HR employee constantly monitors potential job seekers on Linkedin. Not only does he need the information, but he also needs a convenient automated environment for processing this data in order to work efficiently in the funnel. Daily viewing hundreds of contacts, you have to manually transfer a lot of data about each of them in Bitrix24. A lot of time is spent on unskilled, "driving you crazy" activities. And when do you have time to do the actual analysis, the work with the job seekers?!

Another scenario: the search for potential customers - companies with parameters you are interested in, as well as the employees of these companies. This is a long and complicated procedure, which has to be carried out strictly according to the developed process in B24. And here: the same problem - first we need to collect and input information into Bitrix24, create funnels, connect entities, etc. No time is left for the actual work with the client!

You must agree that this is clearly not a job for a professional, to whom you pay a salary.

SEARCHING FOR SOLUTION

Robotization has long been firmly embedded in office life. And Robotization plus Bitrix24 Business Processes is already a powerful complex designed to solve the problem, to get rid of the routine, inefficient activity of employees. Now they will spend all their working time on intellectual work. Volume and quality of the work done will be increased by many times!

SOFTWARE PACKAGE COMPONENTS
AND BASIC DATA OPERATIONS

robot RPA

stage 1.

When you start Robot, it will ask from which listing to collect contacts (here are possible different scenarios and data sources);

stage 2.

Then it will carefully go through the list and collect data about contacts that were not there at the time of the last launch;

stage 3.

Next, the robot creates a Contact and Company in B24 with the data already filled in:
- name
- job title
- phone
- email
- link to the contact's Linkedin profile
- link to contact's Sales Navigator profile
- company
- link to Linkedin company profile
- link to company profile on Sales Navigator

B24 BUSINESS PROCESS

stage 1.

When a Contact is created, a BP is launched, which creates a smart process (funnel) to work with the Contact;

stage 2.

When you create a company, you start a BP, which creates a smart process (funnel) to work with the company;

stage 3.

BP notifies the responsible employee of the new Contact and Company;

stage 4.

BP sends a command to the robot to record a link to the funnel in B24 in the contact's Linkedin profile, so that it's convenient to go directly to the corresponding smart process in B24 while in the portal;

stage 5.

In certain scenarios, after a set time, the BP can command the Robot to go to the profile of a certain contact and press a certain button there, simulating the activity of the employee to communicate with the contact.

robot RPA

  • The robot receives commands from the BP and executes them;
  • Then it outputs a report on the work done to the log file and to the screen.
  • CONCLUSIONS AND RESULTS

    The proposed solution - the software complex Robot plus Business Processes Bitrix24 is a universal way out of the vicious circle of routine!

    Using this approach we can develop a solution for almost any task associated with the collection of data on the Internet and entering them into Bitrix24. You can also partially (or even completely) automate the processing of these data already in Bitrix24, managing processes and personnel, placing timely tasks and assignments, notifications and reminders.

    Create effectively!
