Our client is a large brewing company with dozens of branches in the regions. BEER GUIDE

On the universal lists of Bitrix24, there is a beer varieties directory, which allows you to store the recipe and parameters of the types and quickly initiate the start of production of a new batch of beer. It also facilitates the creation of new types of beer on the basis of existing ones.

GLOBAL PRODUCTION log

A global production loghas been created where absolutely all actions and procedures performed during preparation, brewing, fermentation, pre-brewing, separation and bottling of finished products are automatically recorded.

The history keeps all the steps and manipulations both globally and in the context of the individual product batch.

The log is also created on the universal lists of Bitrix24.

A LOG OF TESTS PERFORMED ON A REGULAR BASIS

Each batch of beer also has its own automatically generated log of analyses performed on a regular basis. Thanks to it, the production manager has almost real-time information about the state of the production process, its current parameters, carried out and upcoming procedures in the context of each shop and container.

BEER BATCH PRODUCTION FUNNEL

The main tool for accompanying the brewing process is the funnel in the smart processes of Bitrix24.

The process moves from the Planning stage, through the Brewing, Fermentation, and Fermentation stages to the Bottling stage.

The system, according to the brewing parameters, gives tasks (for analysis, fining, fruiting, grooving, etc.) for a specific batch of beer at the right time and in the right workshop. Monitors the time of the task, in case of delay, reminds persistently, and in case of non-fulfillment in the given period - notifies the managers of different levels.
