One of our clients, a construction company, approached us with the task of refining the existing CRM Bitrix24 functionality to expand the project management capabilities.
The client's company is in the business of real estate construction and the supply of materials for construction.
The construction of each facility is a sophisticated and extensive complex of works carried out by both the client's company and their contractors. Each stage of work on the construction project the client draws up in the form of a transaction. Within the framework of each transaction, a set of tasks is created, which is distributed between the appropriate work groups and performers.
The client has given our company the task of developing a solution to structure and manage the whole complex of transactions and tasks under the project (the construction site).
To solve the problem we have developed and implemented:
The "Parent deal" field was added to the deal card (binding to CRM elements). Filling this field in the project deals creates a tree structure of deals. To improve perception and simplify work with the deal structure, an application displaying this structure as a tree was developed.
By default in Bitrix24 CRM only a task can be associated with a workgroup or project. To be able to link a deal and a project, an application built into the deal card has been developed that allows you to link a deal and a project. To make it easier to work with a project, an application embedded in the Bitrix24 cards of work groups and projects displaying all the deals related to this project has been developed.
The last stage was the development of an application displaying all the tasks assigned to deals related to the project.
As a result of the work performed, the client was able to combine the deals into a complex tree structure, to establish a connection between the deals and Bitrix24 projects. Applications visualizing this structure in the form of a tree greatly simplify the perception and control of all work carried out within the construction of real estate.
