In the course of the company's work, there are many tasks for working with data. This is the construction of various kinds of reports, generation of standard documents on templates, creating various reconciliations, data backup, etc. One of the most powerful tools for working with such data online are the services provided by Google. These include Google Docs (working with documents online), Google Sheets (working with tables online), Google Disk (storing files in the cloud), Google Data Studio (data visualization service).

Nevertheless, from time to time there is a need to generate non-standard documents using additional data. This can be commercial offers with photos of objects and information from universal lists, contracts for 3 or more parties and other documents based on the data from Bitrix24 CRM.
These tasks can be solved by getting the necessary data using REST API of Bitrix24 and Google Docs. You can create any necessary documents, with or without the possibility to edit them, without the use of additional software.
We use this kind of uploading to Google Sheets for our clients' technical tasks.
When setting up a calculation task, we make a copy of the document template with the calculation. The necessary information about the technical task of a particular customer is added to it. The link to the created document is inserted into the body of the task. This allows you to standardize and simplify the calculation procedure and provides the client with the final calculation in a clear, detailed form.
One of the tasks we solved for our clients was the creation of automatic reconciliations of invoices.
One example: our client, a Spanish real estate agency (specialized in letting apartments for rent), needs to provide a reconciliation act for the owners of the apartments once a month. Reconciliation is a list of invoices for the specific landlord, for a specified period.
Reconciliation is generated by a pre-agreed template. Using Google Sheets to create a reconciliation act allows you to view and edit the acts without installing additional software, which is convenient for our client and the people who eventually receive this information.
To analyze financial data, you need to create summary tables with information on various indicators.
Using the capabilities of Bitrix24 REST API to retrieve data and Google Sheets to store and process this data, you can create spreadsheets with the necessary financial indicators.
The summary tables created in the previous task can easily be supplemented and used as a kind of automatic backup of data hosted in the cloud. This can be relevant both for portals with a cloud version of CRM Bitrix24, as well as for the boxed edition.
The advantages of this solution: automation of copying, easy access to data, the ability to combine backup data with Google Data Studio to build different kinds of reports.
