The introduction and use of CRM Bitrix24 in company processes and automation of these processes, can greatly simplify daily work in many areas of activity.
One of our clients, an acting agency, approached us with a similar task of automating their work processes.
The main clients of the agency are casting directors, filmmakers and producers who select actors for roles in their projects.
The agency has a base of actors with whom it cooperates and forms a selection of actors for customers from this base. Our task is to form a selection of actors in the form of a letter or pdf file with a list of actors, their brief description, a gallery of photos and videos with their participation.
To simplify the formation of a sample of actors a work of expanding the standard functionality of Bitrix24 was done:
✓ In the universal lists of Bitrix24 a database of actors was created, which contains all the necessary information for work (the basic data of the actor, the history of his work, photo and video materials for the presentation).
✓ An application for Bitrix24 was developed that allows you to select the recommended actors for customer projects.
✓ Based on a selection of actors, a letter to the client or a pdf presentation of the actors is generated according to the prepared templates.
The development and implementation of the application allowed to simplify and speed up the process of selecting actors and generating letters for the customer.
According to the results of use, managers began to spend 70% less time on the selection procedure, which allowed them to use the free time to solve other tasks of the company.
