business processes in bitrix24

bitrix24 implementation

Automation of business processes in a company is currently a conscious necessity. As a set of business tools, Bitrix24 has a wide range of opportunities for process automation. Other tools of Bitrix24 only increase the possible profit during implementation, and we have repeatedly written about it in our blog.

Bitrix24 Business Process Builder is a tool developed by users but it is successfully filled with the actions of applications and integrations,
which makes it beyond competition in terms of speed of development.

We are happy to help you understand the variety of Bitrix24 tools and the opportunities they offer.

advantages of work with business process

no routine and human errors

Processes, such as preparing and sending documents, notifying customers and employees, etc., are routine and often contain human input errors. Processes allow to fully automate these activities and reduce involvement of humans to zero. The economic effect is hard to underestimate and we suggest starting exactly with the processes of working with documents, internal and external communications.

quick induction of employees

Regulation in the goals and tasks of business processes is multivariant but together with a designed and clear flow of the process it allows to make the induction of new staff fast.

It is easier to work when there is a comprehensive guide and description of the product you need to deliver in the output, isn’t it?

control and rules

Processes can set goals (and tasks), the goals are an element of control, and a part of reports for managers.

Goals can be set S.M.A.R.T. - with all the necessary parameters of execution, clearly regulated.

resource saving

Full or partial processes automation brings enormous savings in human resources, both on the execution and control levels.

Resources are released, quality increases and costs are reduced!

DEVELOPMENT OF ACTIVITIES AND INTEGRATIONS FOR BITRIX24 BUSINESS PROCESSES

Connecting an industry service to Bitrix24 and developing a business process action are not a problem! We specialize in connecting systems and automating actions (read more in our blog). Moreover…

DEVELOPMENT OF COMPLEX END-TO-END PROCESSES IN BITRIX24

End-to-end processes involve different departments of a company and include several sub-processes. The processes usually require a lot of development, exchanges with industry and advertising systems. We know how to do such processes and love large projects. Moreover…

processes automation in bitrix24

processes in the feed

Processes in the feed is a convenient place in the system in terms of speed of access for all employees.
They are used for approvals and requests of various kinds - vacation leave applications, reference letters requests, invoice approvals, cash requests, etc.

business processes in CRM

Business processes in CRM allow to regulate the work of sales and customer service departments. The implementation of end-to-end business processes is also made on CRM deal because the deal has the maximum amount of data about the Customer's order.

robots in CRM and tasks

Robots are one of the representations of process automation in Bitrix24 for when elements have statuses. They are a convenient tool for automation in CRM and Tasks. The robots allow to quickly implement the first processes in the automation of various workflow areas.

processes for documents on drive

Processes for files on Bitrix24 Drive allow to solve problems of approving documents, votes, approving the publication of content on websites, reviewing orders, regulations.
Used to automate document management

business processes in lists

Lists are called like that for a reason - they help build any database including those with multiple levels of data. A business process can also be run for each element in a list. The processes in the lists offer huge opportunities and are combined into a unified system of Bitrix24 processes.

process implementation roadmap in bitrix24

TASK SETTING - TO STUDY PROCESSES IN COMPANY

The goals of implementation are formulated together with the Client before the development of the processes in Bitrix24 starts. It is very important to understand what results should be achieved, and if necessary, to raise the bar to the level of those opportunities provided by the Bitrix24 tools. The task should be made taking into account what the Client's team is ready for at the moment, the implementation plan should be divided in stages and consist of queues.

identification of roles in processes

During the discussion of the task, the roles of the business process should be defined.

Usually these are employees from one or several departments.
In the case of complex, end-to-end processes, almost all employees of the company are involved, each of whom performs a specific task/product. The roles are set in the business process and the company structure.

process description, through BPMN

After the requirements for a process have been collected, the process is described in the documentation, an estimate is drawn up.

If necessary, the process can be documented with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).

interconnected processes of different entities in bitrix24

As described above, processes in Bitrix24 can be launched for elements of different entities.
Knowing and understanding the purpose of each of the entities in the system allows to develop the optimal solution when the processes are complex and require the use of large amounts of data.

decomposition into statuses and modules

In the course of preparing documentation and developing the process, decomposition of the process within one is carried out into statuses and modules if it is necessary for solving the problem.

This approach allows to subsequently divide the work on building the process in Bitrix24 into queues.

process development in queues

Large and complex projects are convenient to carry out in queues.
This leads to reduced risk in project development, a more comfortable financial mode of work. Also, at the output of each stage the Client receives a finished product that can be used even with another developer.

TRAINING OF THE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESS

When part or all of a process is developed, the owner of the process - the head of a division or department - must be trained

At the training stage the employee learns how to detail the process, regulate goals and tasks, set and move parameters and information.
This approach allows for the head of a division to quickly change the wording of goals/tasks and save time and money

performance control, debugging

As the team works on the process, new nuances and inputs inevitably emerge.
Employees come forward with suggestions, reporting where they lacked information and/or data, where they didn’t have enough instructions to accurately perform the task.

Debugging can be done either by our specialists or by trained process owners
